„We are stars wrapped in skin. The light you are seeking has always been within“ (Rumi)
Soul sadhana means to move the body, calm the mind, but most importantly nourish the soul! A week to deeply immerse yourself in spiritual practice while connecting to the elements of nature, enjoying yummy vegetarian food and the company of kindred spirits. Each day begins with chanting, intention setting, meditation and breathing, followed by a Jivamukti yoga practice. Afternoons are free to relax, swim or explore. Evening practices are more calm with a focus on restoring energy and releasing tension or chanting mantras while watching the sun set. As the days get longer and the outer light shines brighter, we are reminded of that inner light that all yogic practices are supporting us to uncover.
