Price Includes:
All ground transportation in India, within the itinerary; including transfer from (Jaipur) and to (Delhi) airport.
Accommodation & three meals per day
All required tips and taxes
Professional local guides, and tour leaders
All hotels, trips, restaurants etc have been personally inspected by the teachers.

Price does not include:
Flight to and from India; passport and visa fees; travel insurance; excess baggage charges; beverages; any transportation outside of group activities.

*Special note: if you book a shared accommodation but there is no one to share with you, you’ll need to pay the upgraded occupancy rate.

Other Informations:

Visa: The easiest way to obtain a visa is to go to a near by Indian Embassy or apply for an e-tourist-visa via https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html
Flights: You can fly on your own to Jindal Vijaynagar Airport (VDY) or Hubli Airport (HBX). The closes airport to our last location is Dabolin (GOI). Transfers from and to these airports are included in the price.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

After your booking is a deposit needed of 20% of the total amount.
The rest of the amount needs to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

There are special cancellation & rebooking conditions for our group trips:

until 30 days before departure 50%
until 29-15 days before departure 60%
until 14-7 days before departure 80%
until 6 days – no show 100% of the price.

An Alteration is possible for a fee of 80,- €. (For example, to another date or another Retreat)
